Jo has Produced and Directed award-winning factual television series spanning a range of subjects, from science and nature to human-led documentaries. Producing landmark, blue-chip series for channels such as the BBC, National Geographic, Discovery, Disney+ and Netflix, she has extensive experience of overseeing productions from the initial conception of the idea right through to the final edits.

She is passionate about spreading an appreciation of the natural world to global audiences through world-class films that are as engaging as they are enlightening.

Founder and director, Chris Baron, has over a decade of experience producing award-winning and cutting-edge documentaries all over the world. From living inside a volcano for Darren Aronofsky’s “One Strange Rock” (Nat Geo), to helming genre-blending science/adventure series like “Evolve” and “Lift the Ice” (Curiosity Stream).

Chris's scientific background fuels his ongoing curiosity about our world and everything in it. Through his film-making he wants audiences to not just be entertained, but also be inspired to explore, to preserve and understand our planet.  

Producer, Michelle Cullen has over 20 years’ experience running production on big- budget specialist factual series like “Big, Bigger, Biggest” (Nat Geo) and “Strip the City” (Discovery). She has extensive experience delivering highly complex shoots to time and on budget, and also has a unique knowledge of the natural history, people and cultures of Southeast Asia.
